We act as an intermediary between you and service providers (airlines, hotels, visa centers, tour operators).
All bookings are subject to availability. Once you complete a booking, you will receive a confirmation email with your booking reference.
Payments are processed securely via Paystack. We accept:
All prices are in Nigerian Naira (₦) unless stated otherwise. Prices include applicable taxes and fees. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.
Important: Booking is confirmed only after full payment is received. Failure to complete payment may result in booking cancellation.
Flight tickets are non-transferable. Name changes are subject to airline policies and fees.
Airlines may change flight schedules. We will notify you of any changes and assist with rebooking when possible.
Baggage allowances vary by airline and fare type. Check your ticket for specific allowances.
Online check-in typically opens 24-48 hours before departure. We recommend checking in early to secure preferred seats.
Standard check-in is 2 PM and check-out is 11 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may incur additional fees.
Room rates are based on double occupancy. Additional guests may incur extra charges.
Each hotel has its own policies regarding cancellations, deposits, and amenities. Review hotel-specific terms before booking.
We assist with visa document preparation and submission. Visa approval is at the discretion of the embassy/consulate.
Processing times are estimates provided by embassies. We are not responsible for delays caused by embassies.
Visa fees are non-refundable once application is submitted, regardless of approval status.

Tours are subject to minimum group size requirements. We reserve the right to cancel tours that do not meet minimum requirements.
Tour operators may modify itineraries due to weather, local conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance for all tour bookings.
Cancellation policies vary by airline and fare type. Non-refundable tickets cannot be refunded.
Hotel cancellation deadlines vary. Canceling after the deadline may result in full charge.
Visa service fees are non-refundable once processing begins.
