2. Flight Bookings
Cancellation policies vary by airline and fare type:
2.1 Refundable Tickets
- Cancellation fee: ₦25,000 - ₦50,000 depending on airline
- Refund processing time: 7-14 business days
- Full refund minus cancellation fee
2.2 Non-Refundable Tickets
- No cash refund for ticket value
- Taxes and airport fees may be refundable (₦15,000 - ₦30,000)
- Travel credits may be offered for future bookings (valid 1 year)
2.3 Airline Cancellations
- If airline cancels your flight: Full refund or free rebooking
- Schedule changes > 3 hours: Free rebooking option

4. Visa Services
Important: Visa service fees are NON-REFUNDABLE once processing begins.
- Before submission: 90% refund (₦10,000 admin fee)
- After submission to embassy: No refund
- Visa rejected by embassy: No refund of service fees
- Embassy fees: Non-refundable once application submitted

6. Deals & Promotions
- Flash Sales: Non-refundable unless specified
- Early Bird Deals: 50% refund up to 14 days before travel

7. How to Cancel
To cancel a booking:
- Log into your Aknarahaman account
- Go to "My Bookings"
- Select the booking you wish to cancel
- Click "Request Cancellation"
- Follow the prompts to complete cancellation

8. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds processed within 7-14 business days
- Refunds credited to original payment method
- Bank transfers may take additional 3-5 business days
- International payments subject to exchange rate fluctuations
9. Force Majeure
In cases of natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, or other unforeseen events:
- Travel credits offered instead of cash refunds
- Credits valid for 12 months from original travel date
- No admin fees for rescheduling
10. Travel Insurance
Recommendation: We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen cancellations, medical emergencies, and trip interruptions.
